A semi-detached ruin to be demolished. Approx. 5.400m2 plot of which 400m2 are urban and the remainder is rustic land. The semi-detached ruin (58m2) and some of the land at the rear, at the side and in the front comprise the 400m2 under urban clarification. It is also on a boundary with a tarmac road, mains water and electricity are available at the boundary of the plot. The Planning Office of Lorca Town hall require a minimum urban plot of 250m2 to be able to build a villa, so as there are more than 250 m2 under urban consideration, the ruin can be demolished and a new larger villa can be built than the existing size of the ruin. The rest of the land is on the back of the urban plot and is distributed in 2 terraces with the remainder on a slope (this is certified as Rustic land, therefore it cannot be built on). On the boundaries with the urban plot is flat and it is good agricultural land, on the one on the back of this one and a little higher there is a small reservoir with water from a well which can be used to irrigate trees and plants. The plot is situated in a tiny village very close to the village of Morata where some amenities can be found like bars, medical centre, pharmacy, church, school, etc. The beaches of Lorca and Mazarron are just 10 minutes by car from the property. Mazarron is about 15 minutes and Lorca and Aguilas are about 30 minutes each. |
